Carly founded Country to Coast EA in 2020, following a career in senior Executive Assistant and Executive Officer roles across the Australian and British governments, as well as the private sector.

Through her work, she has built a reputation among senior leaders as a trusted and intuitive partner; someone who understands when to lead, when to listen, and how to remain steady in high-pressure environments.

Carly is known for her discretion and sound judgement, her solutions-focused approach, and her ability to build strong, enduring professional relationships. She brings a thoughtful, modern perspective to the administrative function, creating support models that reflect the needs of today’s organisations and the leaders within them.

She applies these skills across a carefully selected portfolio of clients who trust her to bring structure to complexity, manage competing priorities and act as a steady, strategic extension of their leadership.

When she’s not behind the laptop, you’ll find Carly spending time with her littlest love, Max, and their dog Monte. She enjoys being outdoors, pottering in the garden, planning her next holiday and making time for friends and family - a busy relaxer who rarely sits still for long.
