Carly is the Founder and Director of Country to Coast EA. Carly has spent her career in senior Executive Assistant & Executive Officer roles in Canberra and Sydney. Carly has built a reputation amongst senior and respected leaders as a trusted and intuitive professional, one who knows when to lead and when to listen, as well as one who remains unflappable in a high-pressure situation. When she's not providing senior executive support to clients, you'll find Carly doing her second professional passion: mentoring and training Executive Assistants through her regular workshops.

When she's not holding down the fort at HQ, you'll find Carly spending time with her littlest love, her son Max and their dog Monte. Whether it's enjoying a relaxing lunch with girlfriends (with a crisp glass of vino in one hand, of course!) or heading up to the mountains with her hiking boots in hand, you'll find that she rarely takes a breath!

Bec brings 10 years' administrative experience to the team having worked in a variety of industries, most recently as an Executive Assistant supporting senior leaders in an actuarial consulting firm in Sydney.

Since making a tree-change to Yass in 2020, with hubby Michael, Bec has been working alongside Carly to provide premium support to our clients. When she's behind the laptop, Bec enjoys spending time with her beautiful daughter, Matilda, and working on her passion project, Let's Have a Yarn (some serious crochet talent!).

Rebecca brings a wealth of administration skills to the team, having spent 16 years in NSW Ambulance, with much of this time spent in coordination, management and leadership roles. Her experience in the health care industry has provided her with a wide range of skills, and certainly proved she’s unflappable!

Rebecca lives just down the road from HQ, in Murrumbateman, with her hubby and daughter, Emma. One to always rise to a challenge and attempt something new, she also runs a beautiful floristry business, Love Grow Bloom, in her (not so) free time – something she attempted with little to no experience, but boy is she naturally amazing at it!
