The Central Highlands Junior Rugby Union (CHJRU) engaged Country to Coast EA to support our Association with secretarial and administrative support at the start of 2023.  All of our Committee volunteer their time while working full time, and we were looking for help to make the secretary workload more sustainable, as well as providing continuity and external support when the role is handed on to a new person. Country to Coast EA provide us with a dedicated ‘team’ member who reviews, forwards and actions emails, completes high quality meeting minutes and has performed a critical ‘surge’ role for us during those times when the workload and correspondence peaks, such as start of season, hosting carnivals and travel logistics. This additional structure and support has allowed us to focus on our core business – our growing junior rugby community. As a regional organisation ourselves, we also really like that we are supporting another regionally-based business. Bec and Carly are not only professional and highly skilled, they are also genuinely lovely people.
