THE BUSINESS

 

Country to Coast EA provides premium remote administrative support to regional and corporate organisations, business owners, and C-Suite executives.


Our clients don’t require full-time administrative staff but do need an experienced Executive Assistant to support them in their busy and demanding roles.


Our team is passionate about the value of the administrative function as the backbone of big and small businesses and share the same professional goal: provide premium support that enables our clients to deliver, scale up and thrive.

THE JOB

 

The job is dynamic, challenging and fun – really, no two days are the same! You will be supporting your own clients with their administrative needs:

  • Inbox and schedule management

  • Travel bookings

  • Workflow support to keep clients on track

  • Stakeholder engagement

  • Event support – from invite distribution and RSVP management to supplier sourcing

  • Document preparation including presentations

  • Secretariat support, as needed

  • Life admin

  • And more….as an EA, there are very few limits on what we can support our clients with!

 

THE PERSON

 

The right person for our team loves and wants a career in admin. You believe in our business model – meeting the needs of the modern workforce and business owner by offering remote support that is practical, accessible, personal and effective.


You will have a background in administration, even if it’s not in a typical Executive Assistant position.


You're a positive team player who is comfortable working autonomously.


THE FINER DETAILS

 

  • Hours: to start, 20 hours across 4 days. Suited to school hours.

  • Ongoing capacity: this will become a full-time position in the next 6-12months so please only apply if you are able to step up to fulltime hours.

  • Remuneration: will be based on experience and skillset however, is competitive with other regional organisations.

  • Employment type: ongoing, part time, with a 3-month probationary period.

  • When will you start: early February.  

  • Where you’ll work from: our team works in both Yass, Canberra and from home. At a minimum, you'll need to work from either our Yass or Canberra locations for 2 of your 4 days. You can work from home the other 2 days, if you wish.
